IMPORTANT

We are currently experiencing a problem with patients ringing after 10.30am for appointments and asking to be seen on the same day.

In order for us to fit everyone in, PLEASE ring as early as possible if you feel you might need to be seen on the same day.

We are open for phone calls from 8.30am.

Welcome to St Levan Surgery Onlinesurgerypic1

Welcome to our website, which we hope will keep you informed and help you to make the best use of our services and facilities.  We are a five doctor practice, based in a modern purpose-built surgery.

Our aim is to provide caring, high quality healthcare and advice in a welcoming and supportive environment.  We are a forward-thinking practice, committed to learning and to improving the services we offer you.

 SEE A DOCTOR TODAY!

Our practice is one of the first surgeries in England and the first in Plymouth to introduce the “Patient Access" service.  We offer every patient who requests a doctor's appointment or advice the opportunity to speak to a GP over the phone, usually within an hour.

 surgerypic2

This means you can get immediate advice for your healthcare problem.  If you need an appointment the doctor can arrange this for a time that suits you best.  Most of our patients choose to see the doctor on the same day.  However our system means that, if you prefer, you can book an appointment in advance– just ask the doctor if you would like to be seen on a different day.

Easy access to phone advice means patients don’t have to make unnecessary visits to the doctor – great for busy people, carers, parents and people who work.  Click here for more information about this system.

Please phone before 10.30am if possible
